Code of conduct

The fiwa)group is committed to the highest standards of quality and observes its responsibility towards people and the environment. We pay attention to compliance with applicable laws, fair treatment of employees, observance of health protection and occupational safety, environmental protection, and fair conduct in competition. We also demand this behaviour from our business partners and suppliers.

  In detail, we commit ourselves to the following principles:
  • Compliance with the Laws
    We comply with national laws and respect the rights of employees. 
  • The fiwa)group confirms not to abuse invitations and gifts and to grant them only if the occasion and scope are appropriate. At the same time, we do not demand any inappropriate benefits from our partners.
  • Child Labour 
    The fiwa) group distances itself from any kind of child labour in its companies.
  • Basic Rights of Employees
    We promote equal opportunities and equal treatment and prevent discrimination against employees in recruitment and promotion. No employee is discriminated against because of their gender, age, skin colour, culture, sexual identity, religion, or physical limitations.
  • Health Protection and Occupational Safety 
    The fiwa) group complies with national legislation on health and safety at work. This includes the containment of risks and the best possible preventive measures against accidents and occupational diseases.
  • Environmental Protection 
    We comply with the applicable environmental laws and regulations. In addition, we have an appropriate environmental management system.
  • Subcontractors 
    The fiwa) group requires its suppliers to also commit to this Code of Conduct and to pass on the aforementioned principles and requirements to their subcontractors, while at the same time observing the principles of discrimination in the selection of suppliers and their dealings with suppliers.
